〔記者葉永騫／屏東報導〕屏東縣府4日舉行國中小學行政人員法律素養知能研習，竟然未經同意拿出個人打卡出勤紀錄表，涉及違反個資法引發爭議，縣府勞工處長林德輝坦承有侵犯到他人的隱私，將會檢討改進。縣府教育處4日在屏東市歸來國小舉行法律研習，由勞工處派員擔任講師，但研習講義中將個人的打卡出勤紀錄表及簽到紀錄拿來當範本，不但沒有徵得當事人同意，當事人的全名也被披露，讓當事人發現後相當不舒服，讓法律教育研習變成涉及違反法律事件，相當的諷刺。法界人士指出，公務單位個人的出勤紀錄是主管機關打考評的參考，依規定不適合公開或披露，在沒有得到當事人同意下公開，涉嫌違反個資法。勞工處長林德輝解釋說，對於講師將個人的差勤拿來當作範例確實有侵犯隱私權的情形，對此深感歉意，內部將會糾正及檢討，要求往後要尊重個人隱私，不能便宜行事，但也強調並沒有將個人的重要資料公開，不至於違反個資法。

（中央社記者游凱翔台北3日電）台北市長柯文哲今天表示，他上任後，第二預備金怎麼用都有嚴格規定，沒用完就繳庫。好的政治應講求信用，該用就用，而不是當自己零用錢亂花，這才是政治概念導正。

中國國民黨台北市議會黨團說，今年第二預備金預算新台幣12.5億元，但檢視去年使用情形，實際僅支用3.6億元，今年應8億元就夠。

柯文哲上午出席活動後表示，二備金是屬預備性質，去年用得少應感謝上帝，如果是碰到颱風等，就會很慘。1060103
